  1. This installation program will create a pair of icons on your desktop called
  2.  
  3. 'PC Answers CD-ROM' and 'PC Answers 24-bit'. 
  4.  
  5. To get at the goodies on the CD-ROM you should click on one of these icons. 
  6.  
  7. The PC Answers CD-ROM icon will run a 256 colour version of the interface 
  8.  
  9. but if you use a high-colour (16 bit) or true-colour (24 bit) screen mode 
  10.  
  11. you can use the PC Answers 24-bit icon to run an enhanced 16.7M colour 
  12.  
  13. version of the interface.
  14.  
  15. If you've already installed an icon from one of our previous CD-ROMs
  16.  
  17. you've no need to run this installation program just click on the icon
  18.  
  19. you should already have and it will run this months' CD-ROM in 256 colours.

  21. If you want to run the interface in all of its 24 bit colour glory you can
  22.  
  23. use this installation routine to install the PC Answers 24-bit icon.
